Case history: TEMPERATURE CONTROL IN SMALL SPACES

NEEDS:

Keep an object at 35°C, varying the ambient temperature between 0 and 50°C.
The customer was developing a thermo-verification system for access to workplaces and public places and had to keep it at a constant temperature.
As the ambient temperature varies, the system had to be able to reverse the control action.
In order not to limit its applicability and make installation easy, the solution had to be compact and light.

SOLUTION:

TLK33 + Peltier cells + PT100 resistance thermometer
The system is simple and light using a TLK33 controller, a temperature probe (in our case a PT100), a Peltier cell and a fan (the 24 V 5A power supply is external).
A particularly short cycle time made it possible to maintain the reference temperature with the required accuracy.

With many advantages!
This solution does not require maintenance, is silent, resists vibrations, does not use chemical elements (gas) and therefore does not pollute during disposal.
