Check the density of the ice cream

The preparation of the ice cream requires mixing and cooling the cream to the required density (not too creamy nor too thick).

In addition to functioning as a load break alarm (HBA), the current transformer can be used to check the status of an auxiliary function.

Mixer current control
By measuring the agitator current, proportional to the motor effort, KM2 can measure the increasing density of the ice cream and generate a “ready to use” signal when the required density is reached.
