Product: manual t-shirt printing, color caps printing, cardboard printing

This type of equipment uses:
– A temperature control;
– A control of the printing-sealing time;
– The “management” of time.

Here are the advantages of using a K series or Kube series instrument:

A) For the temperature:
In these applications the temperature is NOT critical.

B) For the time:
In order to guarantee constant print quality, regardless of the frequency with which you print, it is necessary to ensure that the print time starts only when the heated bed has reached the working temperature (wait band).

The presence of two digital inputs allows you to manage the time count as follows:

• open plates: instrument in stand by.
• closed plates: it starts to heat up, but it counts the time only if they are on the set point.
• It open the plates NOT completely – it counts in Hold and it maintains the temperature.
• It closes the plates again – continue counting.
• It ends the time – instrument in stand by and end of print signal.
• It open the plates completely – reset the count and instrument in stand-by.

Additional functions

In case of using a K30, it is possible to use a customizable operator panel that allows flush mounting (under an overlay).

This solution allows maximum ease of cleaning of the control panel as well as complete aesthetic freedom.

Finally, the “parameter promotion” allows the manufacturer to freely define the HMI of the machine itself.
