Zirconium oxide O2 probes

ZO2 probes

The ZO2 probes directly and continuously measure the percentage of residual oxygen in the humid combustion fumes.

Three different mechanical executions are available, depending on the application and assembly requirements.

All models are equipped with control electronics with active or passive 4… 20mA output, not isolated, settable via jumpers, air calibration by means of adjustment trimmer and double scale range.

The use of the probe is possible for systems powered by methane gas, while for other fuels (in any case with a low sulfur content) it is necessary to evaluate their use with our technical office.

    ZO2-3I

    Integrated electronics
    for standard conditions:

    In-situ zirconium oxide probe for direct and continuous measurement of the percentage of residual oxygen in the combustion fumes.
    Equipped with management electronics integrated in the head, it is able to directly return a linearized 4 … 20 mA signal with active or passive output selectable via jumpers.
    The main functions of the electronic board are:
    • Sensor/heater management;
    • Setting the scale range;
    • Calibration;
    • Adjustment of the output signal.

    ZO2-3E-C100

    Separate electronics
    for critical process conditions:

    Extractive zirconium oxide probe for direct and continuous measurement of the percentage of residual oxygen in the combustion fumes in critical process conditions.
    Equipped with separate management electronics, it is able to directly return a linearized 4 … 20 mA signal with active or passive output selectable by jumpers. The probe is supplied complete with connection cable with the separate unit. The main functions of the electronic board are:
    • Sensor/heater management;
    • Setting the scale range;
    • Calibration;
    • Adjustment of the output signal.

    ZO2-3E

    Separate electronics
    for harsh environmental conditions:

    In-situ zirconium oxide probe for direct and continuous measurement of the percentage of residual oxygen in the combustion fumes, in harsh environmental conditions where high temperatures and/or vibrations could damage the electronics on board.
    Equipped with separate management electronics, it is able to directly return a linearized 4 … 20 mA signal with active or passive output selectable by jumpers. The probe is supplied complete with connection cable with the separate unit. The main functions of the electronic board are:
    • Sensor/heater management;
    • Setting the scale range;
    • Calibration;
    • Adjustment of the output signal.
