In the milk storage tanks it is necessary to control, in addition of course the temperature of the milk, also the agitator which need to remain in motion according to certain logics.

The TLJ M version models are microprocessor based digital controllers designed specifically for this application.
Through the appropriate programming of the 3 relay outputs it is possible to control:

• the compressor or temperature control device
• the agitator
• any alarm (with optional buzzer)

These controllers have the continuous cycle function through which it is possible to keep the output always active for a set time.

This function can be used for example when a rapid lowering of the product temperature is required after the loading phase.

Other particularly useful functions are:

• the protection of the programming parameters with a customizable password
• the switching on and off (stand-by) of the instrument using one of the front keys or the digital input
• the configuration of the parameters using the A01 device
• the storage of two temperature control sets which can be switched between them.
