Control for modular or dome pizza ovens, electric, wood or gas
The TCO642 is an integrated solution for modular pizza ovens with top/floor heating with electric heating.
The system consists of a K30N series controller and a PM335 operator interface with a 4.3″ resistive color touch screen panel or in the capacitive version with PFX4 panel.
For optimal control of the oven temperature, the system is equipped with 2 temperature probes for monitoring the top and floor and 3 resistors for heating the top, floor and front.
This type of solution allows you to record up to 20 cooking programs (recipes) stored on a dedicated page.
