Controller for cooking ovens

This is the ideal instrument for the bakery sector as it is able to separately manage the “ceiling” and “floor” with the relative partitions, but also the lighting, the extractor, the steamer and the steam injection.

It also provides for the storage of 8 different cooking programs and can have up to 7 relay outputs, up to 4 inputs for thermocouples and 3 configurable digital inputs.

Thanks to the internal clock it is possible to program the oven automatic switch on at the desired time, the cooking time and also the automatic switch off.

Finally, it offers the possibility of having an RS485 serial communication interface.
