TCO979

The TCO979 solutions (for flush mounting) allow complete control of tube furnaces, using a 7 ″ PM74 or PM74R (flush mounting) touch screen operator panel and an NP4 programmable controller integrated by a module expansion EP4.
The resources on board allow:

• Management of the various chambers by opening shutters, steam injection and extraction fan
• 1 Temperature sensor for the chamber
• Controls: Extractors (fan) and lights for each room and central chimney
• 100 recipes (1 to 5 phases)
• Scheduled starts
• Steamer control
• Sharing recipes between rooms
• Remote management with industry 4.0 module

The basic solution meets some requirements of the national transition plan 4.0 through the use of the CMT module (optional) for remote management.
